Seniors that have off campus will need to provide a copy of their schedule to present to staff when leaving campus until IDs are provided on picture day, August 15th & 16th.  Once IDs have been issued, Seniors with Off Campus will need to get a sticker from Mrs. Aikin in the career center. 

 

Attention Girls signed up go Girls golf:

Tryouts will be held Next Monday, August 15th at wolf run golf club at 3:30pm after school.  You must be cleared with Ms. Daniels in the front office by this Friday to try out.  If you have any questions, concerns, or are not signed up but would like to try out, please see Mr. Guzman in room 119 today, time is running out and good luck to all!

 

Seniors please make sure that you have given your email address to Mrs. Aikin in the Career Center so as to not be left out of the loop on scholarship information. Also, you can check out the web page for the Career Center http://drhscareercenter.weebly.com/

 

Interested in part time employment, stop by the Career Center for further information.

 

Do you need Damonte Gear? Are you thirsty? Are you Hungry? Well, your student store is open for business and ready to serve you! The managers this year are Miranda Slack and Esteban Garcia. We are raising funds for scholarships. When you shop at the store, you know every dollar you spend goes back to support student programs. So drop on in, have a drink, buy some gear for yourself or your parents and eat some food. We are always changing our inventory too. So come in and check out what is new. A fantastic trip to Spain & Portugal over Spring Break of 2017 is coming.  Experience the trip of a lifetime to the Latin part of Europe. Stop by Mr. Kaplan’s room #206 for more information Monday during lunch and noon after that until finals are over. If you have a “B” and can act mature and respectful in other countries---come join us.”   A couple of people have already signed up at the discounted rate—so don’t wait!

 

Don’t forget – all LIBRARY books are due!  Avoid receiving a bill for books and turn them in right away.  Thanks so much!

TMCC’s Community Education Drivers’ Education class, which costs $99, fulfills the 30-hour classroom requirement. Parents are responsible for the 50 hours behind-the-wheel requirement. These classes fill quickly. If the class you want is full, look for another that has space available.

There will be an informational meeting for future AP chemistry students or anyone who is interested in taking AP chemistry next year.  The meeting will be in Mrs. Crowley’s room: room 114 at lunch on Monday, June 6th.  We will be discussing the class and getting you registered for online resources for the summer.  Textbooks will also be distributed.  If you cannot make this meeting, please see Mrs. Crowley before you leave for summer.

There will be tables right outside of the gym where you can pick them up.  You MUST have your ID to receive your Yearbook.  That following Monday, June 6th Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors will be receiving theirs.  We will be distributing them in the morning starting at 7:00am, at lunch, and after school in the counselor’s hallway. You MUST have your ID to receive your Yearbook.   There is a limited amount of Award winning Yearbooks left so go to yearbookforever.com or the bookkeeper to reserve yours today!”
