Once
again this week the Damonte Ranch Football Program would like to
recognize our amazing staff for all they do in keeping our players
“Academically Strong”.
For each home game this
season a senior football player will select a teacher that has greatly
influenced him in his academic career at DRHS.
The teacher will be
recognized at the home football game as an honorary captain and join the
players for the coin toss on Friday night as well as receive a Tailgate Package
from Raising Cane’s
This week’s DRFP/
Raising Cane’s nominee is Mr. Martin of the Science Department. He was
selected by Sr. Football player Jaret Young. Here are a few words Jaret had to
say about Mr. Martin.
“Mr.
Martin is an intriguing man. When I had him for physics, he made the course a
fun and interactive class that I enjoyed. He always made sure all of his
students fully understood the material no matter what it took. Mr. Martin is
the most unique teacher I've had at Damonte and always put a smile a
smile on my face.” – Jaret Young
The Damonte Ranch
Football Program and Raising Cane’s would like to sincerely thank Mr. Martin
and the ENITRE STAFF for all they do!
