PLEDGE & MOMENT OF SILENCE

TODAY IS AN “A” DAY

 

THERE WILL BE NO SCHOOL on Friday, November 11, 2016, in observance of Veterans Day.

 

The next Informational Meeting for the Damonte Ranch Lacrosse for Spring 2017 Season, is Tuesday, 11/15/2016, 6pm in the DRHS Cafeteria.

 

Attention Mustangs,

There has been a rise in bicycle theft at Damonte lately.  If you have any information on the thefts, please contact the Corral, School Police and/or Secret Witness.  You may remain anonymous.

If you ride a bicycle to school, please remember to lock it up and write down your serial number in a safe place at home!  Cable and chain style bike locks can be quickly cut, so consider investing in a U-locks or “U” bolt locks along with a chain or cable lock which are harder for thefts to defeat.  Thank you!

Football players, don't throw away those suits!  It's not too late for any student to join Speech and Debate.  Meetings are once a week after school and the season isn't over.  To join, contact us at damontedebate@gmail.com or talk to any debate team member.  (Please run this on announcements until Friday, November 11th.)

 

Wrestlers – The official wrestling season begins next Monday, November 14^th.  Practice will begin at 3:00 in the wrestling room.  See Mr. Bell if you have any questions.

JOSTENS WILL BE AT DAMONTE RANCH in the Counselor’s Hallway on Wednesday & Thursday, November 9^th & 10^th.  They will be here during lunch through the end of school, accepting class ring and graduation orders.  Extra packets are available in the Main Office.

 

New Athletic Online Registration System

Effective Immediately – All Athletes who want to clear for Sports this Year (even if cleared for a fall sport) must Register Online at www.registermyathlete.com.  This program only works with Firefox or Chrome.  Any questions come into the main office and see Mrs. Daniels.

Winter Sports – Girls/Boys Basketball, Wrestling & Ski.

 

 

Attention Damonte Ranch Seniors:  This is a reminder that your senior portrait must be taken by November 11, 2016 or your photo will NOT be in the yearbook.  Please remind your parents as well.  Be sure schedule an appointment with Lifetouch Studios, they are located on 80 East Patriot Boulevard and their phone number is (775)-851-0444.  If you have any please questions see Ms. Meyer in room 130.
