Club will meet THURSDAYs during lunch in room 144. Come spend some time
exploring different media and sharing your work. All ability levels are
encouraged to participate! If the PAC
hall doors are closed, please go around to the outside door at the front of the
school.
Do
you like to hike, ski, bike, kayak, and more? Well, the
Adventure Club is having their first meeting of the year this Wednesday
September 7th in room M4 at lunch. Stop by to hear about what the
Adventure Club has planned for the year and how to get involved. Everyone is welcome!

school toward the football field. Choose
from Ranch Chicken & Cheese Panini, Cheesy Chipotle Panini, or

Hola Amigos! Hispanic Club will hold the first meeting on Thursday, September 8th in room 232 at lunch time. Bring your lunch and friends to start a new exciting year with fun and interesting activities. See you there!
Speech and Debate is hosting a fundraiser at Lamppost Pizza on Wednesday, September 7th, from 3:00-9:00pm. All you have to do is mention Damonte Ranch when ordering and the debate team gets money which will help us go to tournaments such as State in Las Vegas. This even applies to take out orders and deliveries. Help support our debate team through delicious pizza and come out to Lamppost on Wednesday, September 7th, from 3:00-9:00pm.
Are
you interested in being a paid peer tutor? The rate of pay is $10 per hour,
and individual families hire approved students outside of school hours as paid
peer tutors. Please see Mrs. Ault in room 122 if you are
interested. (run from 9/1until 9/7)
If you are ready for the challenge and the rewards of living in another land as an exchange student, then you are ready to discover new worlds through Rotary's Youth Exchange program. The selection process begins in October with the preliminary application to be submitted by September 23, 2016. Slots fill up quickly, so talk to your parents about this. We are more than happy to chat one-on-one with you and your family about this amazing opportunity!

Students
and faculty: this is a friendly reminder that you must have a
registered parking pass to be able to park on campus. If you do not have a parking pass, please
swing by the corral to pick up an application at any time. Any car parked on campus that does not have a
registered 2016-2017 parking pass, will be tagged as a violator starting Monday,
September 12th. Also, please
remember that student parking is only permitted in the north and south parking
lots, violators will also be tagged for parking in the wrong areas. If you have any questions feel free to stop by

The Gigafactory will be hosting a High School Information Session on Saturday September 17th, 2016.
The Gigafactory Recruiting Team is extending the invitation to all

fantastic trip to Spain & Portugal over Spring Break of 2017 is

Our
debate team sent Jennifer Whitbeck to Nationals this last year where she competed
in Congressional Debate in Salt Lake City. Interested in making it to the
national tournament in Birmingham, Alabama this year? Join our speech and debate team, meetings are
on Thursdays from 2:40 - 4:00 in the Career center. Drop in to the career center any day at lunch
