PLEDGE & MOMENT OF SILENCE

TODAY IS A “B” DAY

Have you ever wanted to write eerie stories like Stephen King, or action packed romances like Cassandra Clare and be recognized?  Well now you can!  Submit your poems, stories, photography, nonfiction pieces, musical works, and artwork to Damonte’s very own Literary Magazine, Hoof Notes.  You will have the chance to win fame and dazzling prizes, such as a $100 gift card.  Submit your work to hoofnotesdrhs@gmail.com or to a folder in any English class room in order to gain fame!  Who knows this could be your big break!  All submissions are due at the end of April so don’t delay.  Submit your work now!  If you have any questions, see Ms. Servilican in room 214.   (Run April 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10)

Good news!  The week of April 10th is Half Off Library Fines Week!!  If you have a late fee, come into the Library and pay half – we’ll delete the other half.  This applies to Library fines only – not textbooks.  It also only applies to late fines – not lost book fines.  This is a super easy and affordable way to get those pesky fines off your plate.  See you soon!  (Run until April 7)

Attention Seniors- Interested in participating in your Graduation?  Music Tryouts will be Wednesday, April 12,

at 4:15 in the Band Room.  Sign up with Mrs. Kenyon in the office.

It’s here! It’s here! Come out TODAY and get your lunch

from the Washoe Noshery Food Truck near the stadium.

Choose from BBQ Chicken Chipotle or Chicken Ranch

w/tomato Bruschetta Flatbread pizzas or a tasty Vegetarian

Greek Salad.
