Students, don't miss the next PAC Drama production, Silent Sky! The play is based on the true story of Henrietta Swan Leavitt who, in 1900, worked at Harvard Observatory making great discoveries in astronomy in spite of not being permitted to touch the telescope because that was work only for men! The play runs at 7:00 Thursday, 3:00 and 7:00 Friday, and the final performance is at 3:00 Sunday. Come check it out!

you like helping your community and families in need? The DRHS Mustang Battalion will be partnering
with Toys for Tots and collecting toys for children and families in need. All new unwrapped toys will be accepted and
can be donated in any Toys for Tots donation box Boxes will be placed in
classrooms, rooms with boxes will be listed in the main hallway. Please no miscellaneous items or garbage in
the Boxes, Toys only. Thank you Mustangs.
Have
you ever wanted to submit your writing, art, or photos to a literary
magazine? Well, you have come to the WRITE
place! Hoofnotes is your Damonte Ranch High School literary magazine. We are taking submissions now through the end
of February. Submission folders are in
the theater, in the library, or any English class. Or come by Ms. Hellen’s room, Room 116.
Jostens will be at
school, Friday, December 15th, during lunch, by the office, delivering
class jewelry. Jostens will also accept class jewelry and graduation
orders.
The Boosters are offering a special $25 membership for your
family to join AND each new membership is entered into a raffle to win a 32”
TV. The Boosters support scholarships, teachers and students. Please
encourage your parents to join.

you ride a bicycle to school, please remember to lock it up and write down your
serial number in a safe place at home! Cable and chain style bike locks
can be quickly cut so consider investing in a U-locks or “U” bolt locks along
with a chain or cable lock which are harder for thefts to defeat. Thank
you!
