morning Mustangs!
Only a few days left to turn in a new
toy for a family in need this Christmas, the Mustang Battalion will be
collecting all Toys for Tots Boxes on Friday, December 15, after school. Please bring in a new and
unwrapped toy and do your part this Christmas by giving Santa a helping
hand. Thank you Mustangs and a Merry Christmas from the Mustang Battalion.
Students,
when using the stairways, please stay to the right when going up or down
to allow enough room for everyone.

talent?
Can you balance ten plates on your head? River dance?! Maybe dribble five basketballs at once? What about tricks on a unicycle, hula dancing,
or maybe you play a mean ukulele… If you

The
Lady Mustang Basketball team is looking for two managers. If you are interested, please see Coach
Shepard after school in the Gym or Coach Schmidt in room 221.
Have you ever
wanted to impact the school? Have a say in school activities? Or positively change our culture? Here’s
your chance to stop talking and start doing. Student Body Elections are coming up! Come grab a election packet from Room 101!
Packets are due January 24th. (To be aired: December 11th - 15th)
Jostens will be at school,
Friday, December 15th, during lunch, by the office, delivering class
jewelry. Jostens will also accept class jewelry and graduation orders.

you like helping your community and families in need? The DRHS Mustang Battalion will be partnering
with Toys for Tots and collecting toys for children and families in need. All new unwrapped toys will be accepted and
can be donated in any Toys for Tots donation box Boxes will be placed in
classrooms, rooms with boxes will be listed in the main hallway. Please no miscellaneous items or garbage in
the Boxes, Toys only. Thank you Mustangs.
Have
you ever wanted to submit your writing, art, or photos to a literary
magazine? Well, you have come to the WRITE
place! Hoofnotes is your Damonte Ranch High School literary magazine. We are taking submissions now through the end
of February. Submission folders are in
the theater, in the library, or any English class. Or come by Ms. Hellen’s room, Room 116.
