band room.
Literary
Club, we will NOT be meeting this week. I repeat, will NOT be meeting this week.
Attention students! What is up with the apathy
this year?
Last year by this time, Hoof Notes literary magazine had a ton of
entries. This year, we are afraid we may not have a publication if the
student writers, artists, dramatists, and creators do not step up and
submit. We thank those of you who have already submitted, but we
need many more submissions to publish our magazine. Pick up a submission
sheet in any English classroom, the library, or art hallway. Fill it out,
attach it to your submission and drop it in the envelope. Two weeks after
spring break we will stop taking submissions so get your story, illustration,
dramatic interpretation in today. Remember, this year, we are also
looking for submissions written in foreign languages. See Ms. Servilican
in room 214 for more information! C’mon Damonte, we know you can do this!
ATTENTION SENIORS:
You should have received your Grad. Night Disneyland
information packet in your Government class on Thursday,
March 12th. Deadline for your deposit is
Friday March 27th to Mrs. Aikin in the Career Center. There are extra packets in the Career Center.
Are you interested in participating in your graduation
ceremony? Stop by the Career Center to sign up to
audition for either a speech or musical performance. Seniors only please.
Attention
Volleyball players: Open gyms have changed to Tuesdays and Wednesdays
from 3pm – 5pm through the end of the school year. For more info check
