PLEDGE & MOMENT OF SILENCE

Today is an “A” DAY

THERE WILL BE NO SCHOOL on Monday, May 25, 2015 in observance of Memorial Day.

Hello One and All, It is that time of year!  The PAC DANCE spring showcase proudly presents “Wonders.”   This year’s show is filled variety, drama and of course dance!   17 student choreographers, guest artists and local dance studios come together for this amazing show!   Ticket prices are $9 and the show starts at 7 p.m.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m. so get there early to get your seat!   Hope to see you all there!!!

Mrs. McRoberts and Mrs. Ford would like to remind all of our students that all library books are due May 29th.  We would also like to give our students and staff a big thank you for enjoying all the great reads that we have here at Damonte Ranch Library!  Everyone enjoy your summer!  Mrs. McRoberts and Mrs. Ford

ATTENTION NHS MEMBERS, our next mandatory meeting will be on May 28th during lunch in room 230. (DPR’s).   Seniors are excused for this meeting.
The last dance of the year is coming and you don’t want to miss it! The Sadie’s Hawkins Dance is May 30th from 8-11pm in the courtyard. Tickets are $12 and will be on sale during lunch from the 26th to the 29th otherwise they are $15 at the door. It’s a costume dance so come matching with your date or your friends.
How would you like to win a night out for two at BJs and Century Theaters? The freshmen class is selling raffle tickets, one ticket for one dollar and six tickets for five dollars, in the Counselor's hallway at lunch. It will be sold the 18th through the 22nd. Come enter for the chance to win a night of fun!

Last year, too many students learned the disappointment of not being able to buy a yearbook.  The simple truth is that there were not enough.  Students waited until the last minute to buy their yearbook, but by the time the yearbooks came, they were already sold out.  Don’t be one of those students this year.  Buy your award-winning yearbook now while they’re still available.  Only a few copies remain available for sale, so don’t delay.  Buy it online at www.yearbookforever.com or at the bookkeeper.

Lost and Found items will be donated to good will on June 5th.  There are lots of coats and jackets and keys.  Please stop by the Corral to claim your lost items.

Seniors if you still would like a senior class panoramic photo I do have extra copies in the Career Center.  The price is $20 dollars.

SUMMER SCHOOL OPPORTUNITY!  DO YOU STILL NEED TO TAKE COMPUTER LITERACY OR HEALTH AND CAN’T FIT IT IN YOUR SCHEDULE?  WE WILL BE OFFERING THESE CLASSES THIS SUMMER IN ONLY THREE WEEKS, JUNE 15TH TO JULY 3RD.  SEE YOUR COUNSELOR RIGHT AWAY IF INTERESTED.  WE CAN GIVE YOU INFORMATION ABOUT TAKING THESE COURSES ONLINE AS WELL IF THAT WOULD WORK BETTER FOR YOU.  HURRY, THESE CLASSES FILL UP FAST. SEE YOUR COUNSELOR TODAY!

Two Driver Education classes will be offered at Damonte Ranch this summer. This 30-hour class fulfills the classroom requirement for a driver's license in Nevada if you are under 18. The cost is $94. For more information, pick up a flier at your school's counseling office or call 829-9010 for more information and to register.
