NON-TESTING STUDENTS. (9TH, 12TH & NON-TESTING 11TH GRADERS) BUSSES WILL RUN 3 HOURS LATER THAN USUAL.

Are you wanting to improve your math abilities,
exploring interesting math topics, and become a better math test-taker?
Then you should join the Math Club! The Math Club meets every Thursday
during lunch in Mr. Pence’s room 121. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Wrestling Pre-Season workouts
will begin next Tuesday, October 18, from 5:00-6:30 PM in the wrestling room
for any student interested in wrestling this year and is currently not in a
fall sport.

Come one, come all! The BIG GYM is
the place to be on October 15, 2016 from 8pm to 11
pm. You wouldn’t want to miss out on this magical ball.
Acquire your pre-sold entry ticket in the Counselor’s Hall during lunch for
$12. At the door tickets will be available for $15 the night of this
highly anticipated dance. We hope to see you there! The happiest

October 21st during IC there will be an admissions representative from Universal
Technical Institute UTI giving a presentation.
If you need an IC pass to attend please stop by the Career Center and
see Mrs. Aikin.
Damonte Ranch
Rifle Marksmanship Team is holding open tryouts for both Varsity and JV
Teams Tuesday-Thursday, October 18-20, from 3-4:30 pm, you must attend all 3
days. Report to Room 131, the Rifle
Range. All DRHS Students are welcome to
tryout.
Do you like to hike, ski, bike, kayak, and more?
Well, the Adventure Club is having their next meeting this Thursday, October
13th in room M4 at lunch. Stop by to hear about what the Adventure Club
has planned for the year and how to get involved. Everyone is welcome.
IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL AT SCHOOL, please remember to ask your teacher for a pass to
the clinic. You can call your parents
from the clinic. Your parents will sign
you out in the clinic, so your attendance with be properly recorded.
ASVAB
testing October 24th at 8 am. Please
stop by the Career Center to sign up and reserve you seat. Testing will take place in Commander Van
Buren's ROTC room.

the moment you’ve all been waiting for! Dancing With the Staff sign-ups are here! You will be partnered up with a DRHS staff
member with a chance to become this year’s dance champion. Signups will
fill up so don’t miss out on this fun event! If you are interested in

that your senior portrait must be taken by November 11, 2016 or your photo will
NOT be in the yearbook. Please remind
your parents as well. Be sure schedule
