Technical Institute UTI giving a presentation.

Damonte Ranch
Rifle Marksmanship Team is holding open tryouts for both Varsity and JV
Teams Tuesday-Thursday, October 18-20, from 3-4:30 pm, you must attend all 3
days. Report to Room 131, the Rifle
Range. All DRHS Students are welcome to
tryout.
Do you like to hike, ski, bike, kayak, and more?
Well, the Adventure Club is having their next meeting this Thursday, October
13th in room M4 at lunch. Stop by to hear about what the Adventure Club
has planned for the year and how to get involved. Everyone is welcome.
Young Entrepreneurs Academy: YEA Students starting
their own real business. Has extended
the application deadline to Wednesday, October 12th. They would love to see Damonte Ranch highly
represented in this year’s program. Please visit The Chamber’s website.

IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL AT SCHOOL, please remember to ask your teacher for a pass to
the clinic. You can call your parents
from the clinic. Your parents will sign
you out in the clinic, so your attendance with be properly recorded.
Come
one, come all to the happiest place on earth, Damonteland! This year’s homecoming will be held Saturday, October 15th from 8 to 11 pm. Tickets to this magical dance will be $12
pre-sold in the Counselor's hallway all week, or you may purchase a ticket for
$15 at the door. To bring a special
prince or princess from another school, pick up your guest passes from the
corral, and return it by Wednesday, October 12th! See you all at the happiest place on earth!

ASVAB
testing October 24th at 8 am. Please
stop by the Career Center to sign up and reserve you seat. Testing will take place in Commander Van
Buren's ROTC room.
It’s
the moment you’ve all been waiting for! Dancing With the Staff sign-ups are here! You will be partnered up with a DRHS staff
member with a chance to become this year’s dance champion. Signups will
fill up so don’t miss out on this fun event! If you are interested in
participating in this year’s extravaganza or have any questions please see
Coach Roybal in the dance studio or talk to any dance team member. Thank

buy it NOW before the price increases to $85 on November 1st. Order online at yearbookforever.com or
go to the bookkeeper to pay. If you have

Damonte Ranch Seniors: This is a reminder
that your senior portrait must be taken by November 11, 2016 or your photo will
NOT be in the yearbook. Please remind
your parents as well. Be sure schedule
an appointment with Lifetouch Studios, they are located on 80 East Patriot
