The student store is open and we just got a new shipment of Jordan sneaker and Genshin Impact stickers! Come check it out! THE HOMECOMING DANCE IS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16TH FROM 6:30-9PM. Tickets will go on sale starting Thursday, September 30th during lunch. Tickets sold before the dance will be $10 and they will be $15 at the door. Guest pass paperwork is available now from the Corral or room 226. It is due to the Corral NO later than Wednesday, October 13th. DO YOU DRIVE TO SCHOOL AND PARK YOUR CAR ON CAMPUS?? Parking passes for the 2021 - 2022 School Year are here. All student drivers are required to have a parking permit to park at school. Parking permit applications can be picked up in the Corral. They are $5 which can be paid at the cashiers office. Permits must be displayed on the vehicle in the front windshield and old permits must be removed. When turning in your application to the corral make sure to bring your driver’s license, insurance and vehicle registration to provide for verification. Students can park in the north and south parking lots as well as the east athletic parking lot. There is no student parking in the staff parking lots in front of the school. Cars parked in any other lot will be notified and asked to move their car immediately. The deadline for purchasing your student parking permit is October 8th of this year. Any cars parked on campus after October 8th that do not have a parking permit will be notified to move their vehicle and have their parking privileges on campus removed. GRANDMA THIEDE’S MAC N CHEESE with a green side salad is back again! This Friday Mrs. Thiede’s Foods 2 class will be preparing this amazing dish for a $3 per plate donation. Preorder with Mrs. Thiede in room 117 or come the beginning of lunch this Friday. MAKE-UP PICTURE DAY IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 from 8-12, for all grades. There will be an announcement to call each grade down to the Small Gym. WE WILL BE HAVING OUR FIRST CERAMICS CLUB MEETING Thursday, September 23rd at 2:30. This will be an informational meeting to establish goals and activities. If you want to get your hands dirty.... come and hang out to see if this club is for you! HOLA AMIGOS HISPANIC CLUB IS HERE AGAIN! Mrs. Gutiérrez invites you to join the Damonte Ranch Hispanic Club’s first meeting on Thursday, September 23 during lunch time in room 232. (Run 9/13-9/27) THE PRELIMINARY SAT/NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFYING TEST (PSAT/NMSQT) is a national standardized test for 10th and 11th grade students. The exam will take place on October 13, 2021, for any interested 10th and 11th grade students. If interested, please register with the bookkeeper no later than October 1st. The cost is $18 for 11th grade students and is free for 10th grade students. More information will be provided as we get closer to the test date.
