PLEDGE & MOMENT OF SILENCE
Today is a “B”
DaY
spring break-March 31-April 11, 2014.
Congratulations Thespians! PAC Drama enjoyed much success at the State
Thespian Conference this year, with three events earning top honors!
Isaac Hickox-Young and Riley Berriesford earned an Accomplished score
with their duo acting scene; Hannah Eckert also earned an Accomplished score
with her solo musical theatre piece, and Jessica Johnson earned a top
Accomplished score with her solo musical theatre piece--and was also chosen to
showcase her song at the closing awards ceremony!
Congratulations, also, to Elena
Hughes. As Jessica steps down from her year-long position as a Student
Thespian Officer for the state, Elena successfully ran for the same spot and
was elected! Go PAC Drama!
Did you know the
procedures for using IC passes will be different when we return from
spring break? That’s right, the protocol is changing. Your IC, FS,
SSTS or government teachers will be reviewing the new policies this week.
Please let them know if you have any questions… and we’ll make sure everyone
gets the answers.
To
count down the 10 most important things you need to know:
10.
IC passes aren’t just for anyone… an IC pass is for a student who needs:
· Help from a specific teacher
· Make up work from a
specific teacher
· To take a test or quiz
· To work in a specific
location
9.
Teachers may refuse to allow a student to use an IC pass for
· Being tardy
· History or misusing
passes
· Inappropriate behavior
· Needing to complete IC
expectations
We’ll
continue the countdown tomorrow.
