Please mark your calendars for this Wednesday and Thursday, December 2 & 3 for the PAC Dance fall showcase.  We have some wonderful student choreography being presented as part of the performance.  Showtime is 7 pm and admission is $5.  Please come out and support your dancers!!

 

Auditions for our spring musical, Oklahoma, are in January and are open to every student in the school!  Ever wanted to audition for a play but are feeling nervous and unsure?  Then come to our Audition Workshops and you’ll feel a lot more confident and competent!  Our first one is this Thursday, Dec. 3, from 2:40-4:10 in the theatre!  Oklahoma is a classic of American Musical Theatre and has potential for a very large cast—whether it’s your first time on stage or your fourteenth, it’s the perfect show for YOU!  Bring a friend and check it out!  (Run Dec. 1-3)

 

Want to wear your hat during Spirit week? For just $1 you can purchase a wristband to wear your hat for the entire school day during spirit week only. All you have to do is come to the Corral the day that you wish to wear your hat, before school and purchase your wristband. Kobe Kitson - first place speech, second place congress
Jennifer Whitbeck - first place congress
Tara Reynolds - first place congress
Dalia Marin - fourth place congress
Kaylee Edwards - fourth place congress
Jade Whitbeck - made it to finals in both speech and debate
Shyanne Vasquez - fifth place speaker points in debate

Ready… Set… Blink! Damonte’s first Blink tournament of the year starts Monday, November the 16th through Friday, November 20th. The card game Blink is easy to learn, so don’t miss out on being the first of twelve each day to sign up! Signups will be in the counselor’s hall during lunch each day of the tournament. Prizes will be given out daily. On Friday the grand tournament will be held between all the daily champions to determine the final Blink champion. The ultimate Blink champion will win the Grand prize. Who will be our Champion? Let’s find out!  (11/13)

 

CALLING ALL JUNIORS!  The class of 2017 will have a class meeting today at lunch in the theatre! Don't dilly dally, we've got some things to tell ya!  Have no idea when the basketball tryouts are or when GLO is?  Come on down, we'll give you guys the info!  Not only that, we'll play a rad game of BINGO!  Winner will receive a box of donuts!  We hope to see you there!
