The speech and debate team travelled to Spring Creek this last weekend for their first tournament of the season. Congratulations to the following students:

Want a comfortable place to spend your lunch?  Come to Fanigame!  We do all things from talking about your favorite TV shows to playing Super Smash Bros.  We’ll always have fun activities and food planned so come share your common interests with our friendly group!  We plan on going to an anime convention soon.  Sound interesting?  Join us with Ms. Hellen in room 116!

For what, you ask?  It’s time to sign up for Dancing With the Staff!  This amazing event pairs you up with a DRHS staff member to become the next dance champion.  If you are interested in participating, please see Coach Roybal or any dance team member to sign up.  The dance team finds you a partner or if you want to ask a particular staff member that would be up to you.  We are looking for enthusiastic students and don’t worry, no dance experience required!  Sign-ups will last through next Friday, September 29.  Thank you and see you on the dance floor!   (Run Sept 21-Sept. 29)

1868-DAMONTE RANCH SOCCER TICKETS are on sale at the Bookkeeper’s Office.  Buy 1 ticket for $15.00 and go to any 1868 Game, and Damonte against Manogue, on October 3rd.  (Run 2 times a week until 9/29)

 

Attention Juniors.  Any student wishing to take the PSAT and National Merit Scholar Qualifying Test will need to register with the book keeper no later Friday September 29th.  The PSAT/NMSQT will be administered on October 11th at 8am.  The fee to take the exam for juniors is $16.  (Please keep this is the loop for September.)

 

Attention Mustangs

Damonte is hosting an ASVAB testing on Thursday, October 12th, at 8 am in the Rifle Range.  Please sign up in the Career Center to reserve your seat.
