Sophomores, if you are taking AP Language and Composition course next year, please attend the mandatory meeting with Mr. Palomo in room 157 at the beginning of lunch Thursday the 31st.

Lunch Choir has been named one of the top 2 choirs in our district for the last 3 years and has been invited to participate in the Disneyland Candlelight processional for three years as well.  Come out and hear them on Friday, at 3 or 7.

Have you ever been to Food Truck Friday at Idlewild Park in Reno? Did you know that they have 35 local trucks during this big event that starts on Friday, May 18th?  Let’s get this kicked off with a Food Truck Friday Celebration Damonte Ranch Style.  Friday, May 11th during lunch, the Foods 3 class will be in the back of the school with their 7 mock food trucks to serve you.  From street tacos to chicken tenders, smoothies to ice cream sandwiches… come enjoy the kick off to our nice weather.  Again that is Friday, May 11th at lunch.

 

Attention seniors!  Do you sing, dance, or have another special talent?  Show it off at the senior assembly!  Auditions will be held at lunch on Wednesday, May 9th and Friday, May 11th in the main gym.  Sign up outside of Room 101 or with Ms. Kenyon in the office.  Performances can be up to 2 minutes long.  Now’s your time to shine and represent the Class of 2018!

Have you ever been to Food Truck Friday at Idlewild Park in Reno? Did you know that they have 35 local trucks during this big event that starts on Friday, May 18th?  Let’s get this kicked off with a Food Truck Friday Celebration Damonte Ranch Style.  Friday, May 11th during lunch, the Foods 3 class will be in the back of the school with their 7 mock food trucks to serve you.  From street tacos to chicken tenders, smoothies to ice cream sandwiches… come enjoy the kick off to our nice weather.  Again that is Friday, May 11th at lunch.

 

Attention seniors!  Do you sing, dance, or have another special talent?  Show it off at the senior assembly!  Auditions will be held at lunch on Wednesday, May 9th and Friday, May 11th in the main gym.  Sign up outside of Room 101 or with Ms. Kenyon in the office.  Performances can be up to 2 minutes long.  Now’s your time to shine and represent the Class of 2018!

Damonte Mountain Bike Club is having their annual "Informational Night" on May 15th at 6:30 at Damonte H.S.  Our season runs from July - October.  We practice 3 days a week.  We ride the local trails, including the Tahoe Rim Trail near Mt. Rose and participate in 4 Mountain Bike races throughout our season, starting in August.
